Ingredients

  • 1 pouch, Plum Organics Second Blends Apple & Carrot
  • 1lb 93/7 ground beefiness or ground turkey
  • 2T ketchup
  • 1 piece whole wheat staff of life, pulverized into crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2T minced onions
  • salt and pepper to gustatory modality

Instructions

Picky (and not then picky!) eaters volition relish these pint sized burgers…and they'll never suspect there are fruits and veggies subconscious inside! Our family unit enjoys these burgers oft and loves sweet white potato fries and apple slices alongside.

  1. Collect and mensurate all ingredients.

  2. In a large mixing basin, combine all ingredients thoroughly.

  3. Spray a grill or frying pan with not-stick cooking spray and heat until hot over a medium flame.

  4. Shape meat mixture into uniform patties and place on grill or frying pan.

  5. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until done, when a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.

  6. Serve on a whole grain bun with cheese or any other of your favorite burger fixings along with sweetness potato fries. Enjoy! Makes x-12 sliders.
